TERMS & CONDITIONS

• Capsul Digital Gift Cards are prepaid and can only be purchased through the designated Capsul channels.

• The gift card cannot be exchanged for cash or credit, in whole or in part.

• The gift card code received by email can be redeemed online at shopcapsul.com or at participating Capsul stores.

• The gift card can be used for multiple purchases until the entire gift card value has been exhausted, subject to its validity period.

• The gift card is valid for 1 year (12 months) from the date of purchase. Any unused balance will expire after the validity period.

• If the purchase value is higher than the available gift card balance, the remaining amount can be paid using another available payment method.

• No change or cash refund will be provided on purchases where the gift card value exceeds the purchase amount.

• Gift cards cannot be reloaded, resold, transferred for monetary consideration or exchanged for another gift card.

• Capsul is not responsible for lost, stolen, deleted or unauthorised use of a gift card code. Please keep the gift card email and code secure.

• Gift cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards.

• Gift card purchases are non-refundable and non-cancellable once issued, except where required by applicable law.

• Capsul reserves the right to refuse redemption of a gift card if the code is found to have been obtained, used or duplicated fraudulently.

• Gift cards are subject to Capsul’s prevailing terms of sale and return/exchange policy.

• Capsul reserves the right to modify these terms from time to time, subject to applicable law.
