Returns (if applicable)
1. As a policy we offer store credit for returns. We do not provide refunds. 
Our policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a store credit or exchange. 
2. No returns or exchange is available on accessories, collectibles and sports goods. All Accessories like bags, sunglasses, bracelets, socks, pins etc, Sports Goods like skate decks & collectibles like rugs, basketballs etc are not eligible for return, exchange or cancellations, once shipped out. 
3. Sale items (if applicable):
No returns or exchange is allowed on sale items. Only regular priced items may be given a store credit. All sale item sales are final. 
Process for returns: 
1. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with the tag and seal intact. It must also be in the original packaging.
2. Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer and are non refundable.The item to return must be sent back to us at:

3. Once we receive the item and approve it for return, we will issue store credit for the order amount minus the shipping charge of Rs. 200. For instance if your order value was Rs. 7000, you will get a store credit for Rs. 6800. If your order value is Rs. 4700, you will receive a store credit of Rs. 4500.
4. The purchase using the store credit is final. No second returns or exchanges are allowed. 
5. Only 1 round of exchange / return is available for an order. 
6. For any cancellations,  Capsul will provide a store credit for the amount after subtracting the shipping fees. 
7.To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
 
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
 
Exchanges (if applicable):
To request an exchange, email info@shopcapsul.com. All exchange requests are subject to availability.

3. Once we receive the item and approve it for exchange, we will ship the product out within 72 hours. This sale will be a final sale and no further returns or exchanges will be allowed on the order. 
4.To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

STORE CREDIT (if applicable):
Please note: We only provide store credit. We do not provide refunds on any order. 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. 
Once approved, then you will be given a store credit after subtracting the shipping fees. 
If you return a product and receive store credit, the sale using store credit will be final and no exchange for another product or size or return will be accepted on this order.

Refunds:
As a policy we do not issue any refunds for products that are returned. Only store credit is provided.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Shipping costs will not be included in the store credit upon return. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over Rs. 1500, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
We ship outside India as well. International shipping is via Prepaid mode only. In case you reside outside India and like something on the website and require more information please send us an email at info@shopcapsul.com to find out if we can help you out. Or just place an order and we will ship it to you.
