Carhartt WIP (aka Work In Progress) is the cooler, artsy cousin of the OG American workwear legend Carhartt, born in Detroit back in 1889 (yes, she’s ancient but make it fashion).
WIP took that tough-as-nails energy and reimagined it for the streets of Europe in the ‘90s. Think oversized silhouettes, double-knee pants, utility pockets, and a no-nonsense vibe that somehow screams “I care, but effortlessly.”
