Capsul Bandra Turns 2!

Running a store in Mumbai is not for the faint-hearted — between local authorities, the monsoon madness, changing teams, and unpredictable footfall, there were days we had to remind ourselves why we started.

The biggest lesson I’ve learnt?
Whether the store feels “ready” or not, you just have to open— because it never really is. A store is a living, breathing space that is constantly evolving.

At Capsul, storytelling and conversations drive us.
We’re here to share stories, shape wardrobes, experiment with styles and help people discover their own way of expressing themselves. That’s what keeps the space alive.

And through it all, the wins have made it worth it —

- Launching Capsul Studio — which has already created for PUMA, Royal Enfield, Ajio, Heineken and more
- Partnering with This?, Jameson, Urbanaut, Pursue, Simba, Pistola, Sector Gin and others to activate the store as a tastemaker hub in India

Two years later, the store — and the community around it — feels stronger than ever.
Capsul Bandra has become more than a retail space. It’s proof that culture isn’t built overnight.
